Mr. Karmakar’s career began as a Credit Manager at Citibank (2006–2008), where he developed his proficiency in financial analysis and credit operations. He then advanced as a Credit Manager in Cholamandalam's STPL Department (2008–2010), where he successfully managed complex financial portfolios. His next milestone was at BAXA Life Insurance, where, as National Sales Manager (2010–2012), he led large teams and drove substantial business growth.
At Zenith, Mr. Karmakar refined his skills in data management, first as a Junior Data Manager (2013–2016) and later as Senior Data Manager (2016–2017), where he gained invaluable expertise in analytics, decision-making, and operational optimization. Building upon this extensive foundation, Mr. Karmakar transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Reetya Consultancy.
